Utmost care is taken in shipping, labeling and packing. I even spend more shipping via UPS to start and may end up as a USPS Delivery. If a piece happens to come off just open the backside and reglue with a heavy duty product glue like Goop. If the glass is broken or frame damaged please let me know. I strive to see a memorable product at a reasonable price so I cannot  absorb extra shipping costs.  Returned shipping is at customers own expense.
